Please read our FAQ before sending us a message.
If you order before 2.00pm Monday – Friday, your order will leave the same day. If you order after 2.00pm on Friday or over the weekend, your order will leave on the following Monday.
Postage charges are as follows:
- UK, Republic of Ireland and rest of Europe – £6.00
- USA and Canada – £12.00
- Rest of World – £15.00
We accept Visa and Mastercard through either PayPal or Stripe. Currently we do not accept American Express
As you can see from our address, we have a SSL Certificate for all transactions and also encrypted data is stored in compliance with the new GDPR rulings as of May 2018
After ordering you will receive email confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
In addition, all dispatched orders will include a confirmation outlining your purchase details, our contact details and return address. Please insert the original confirmation document in the returned parcel. Replacement- ‘with any returns’. Without this we may not be able to track your details. Following inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge where applicable. You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes, all orders will receive an invoice with billing and shipping details and a unique order number.
